A marshmallow infused ice cream layered with genuine Ruby chocolate and Graham cracker crumbs.

House-made orange zest glaze and candied orange zest swirled in our signature ice cream.

Basil Lemon Sorbet (GF+V)

A tangy, refreshing sorbet infused with locally grown basil and fresh-squeezed lemon juice!

Hazelnut Chocolate Caramel (GF)

Italian hazelnut butter ice cream swirled with gooey caramel and dark chocolate shavings.

Elderflower & Rose Sorbet (GF)

A light, fragrant sorbet made with the essence of elderflower and rose.avored vegetable commonly used in Southeast Asian, Indian, and Hawaiian cuisine.

The return of a fan favorite! Biscoff cookie butter spread ice cream layered with crushed Biscoff cookies!

Oatmilk Coffee (GF+V)

It’s plant-based! Hand selected coffee is cold-brewed in our original oatmilk ice cream base.

Locally-owned by siblings, Mark and Mia Pedersen, MOO MOO MIA is built upon their combined twenty years of ice cream-making experience. With a commitment to inclusiveness and community, Mark and Mia also serve vegan and lactose-free flavors as well as participating in local charities and causes. Their mission is to offer the best ice cream and sorbet in the most responsible way.
